Sure you’ve done a yoga class here and there and the therapy you’ve done a couple years ago has really helped. But you still can’t shake that restless feeling in your body and you just want someone to tell you what to do, because sitting down and trying to meditate has only made you feel more anxious. You wonder if there’s something wrong with you, because with the life you have, you should feel fine, but you don’t.

And you can’t just uproot your whole life and move to Bali or start a 32-step morning routine (don’t people have jobs to do and kids to feed?), but you do want to find a way to stop rushing through life, sleep better and not feel so exhausted and stressed out all the time.

Creating space to breathe, honestly also with letting some stuff go, without falling behind or having staring contests with your ceiling at night.

I’ve always been a high achiever and spent 15 years of my life in overdrive mode. Striving for good grades, graduating cum laude and wanting to be the best at my job. A job that ironically was in the health & wellness industry. Until one day I woke up with so much menstrual pain, I heard a voice ask me how long I was going to wait, before I would start listening to myself.

It brought me on the path of figuring out what freedom really means. I thought that if I’d just be free from outside pressure, things would change.

I travelled the world, did a lot of personal work, and started my own business. But I quickly realised that me working too hard, connecting my worth to my productivity and abandoning myself in the process was a pattern that went much deeper than I thought. And through years of experimentation, education and life experiences I finally created my Natural Rhythm Revolution framework. A method I wish I’d had as a teenage girl becoming a woman…
