The Natural Rhythm Revolution is a 5-day Retreat that will make you stop fighting with yourself. It’s you creating your own revolution. Not by fighting and forcing your body. But by you slowing the fuck down, softening up and following your own rhythm.

I’ll take you from feeling you have to choose between either your future dreams or your current happiness to feeling grounded, well rested and deeply fulfilled as you keep building on your own big dreams into reality.

That doesn’t mean I promise you’ll have your DREAM life in only 5 days.

I don’t believe in quick fixes. Making yourself a priority is a big mindset shift and it will ask you to change things. BUT…I will teach you HOW you can do it.

I've spent 15 years as an overachiever and 5 more years figuring out how to achieve my future dreams without neglecting myself in the present moment before creating the Natural Rhythm Revolution. I built the method I wish I had all those years ago. I understand if you're reading this thinking, “hmm, another wellness girlie telling me what to do based on one life experience, why would I let you help me?”

And I understand if you have doubts, because there is so much noise from the outside world and it is important you can receive guidance from someone who knows what they’re doing and someone you can trust. My approach isn't about generic self-care tips or temporary fixes. It's a proven pathway I've developed, not just on my life experiences but education as well.

Together, we’ll create moments of reflection and raw honesty. Who are you now? What does success mean for you? What does self-care look like for you? These are the questions you’ll explore and find answers to.You’ll get to break old patterns and write new beliefs so you can finally break free from that internal struggle. In a safe, supportive space, surrounded by other women, you’ll have the freedom to embrace curiosity and vulnerability. Step into a tribe of like-minded women, ready to experience new levels of intimacy, personal growth, and empowerment.

Your Body as your Superpower

As women, we experience a unique rhythm to life—a circular one that doesn’t always align with the linear demands of society. In this retreat, you’ll learn how to use your cyclical nature in a world that often expects you to operate in a straight line. Together we will explore our cycles and how our bodies can be a vehicle to start listening to what we need within each phase. We’ll doing this by experimenting with different movement forms, such as Budokon yoga, dance, mobility and animal crawling. But also by exploring the softer whispers of our body and soul through constellations, systemic work and visualisations. You’ll start owning the magic within your body, igniting a fire that will continue to burn long after we return to our daily lives.

Deep Nourishment

You can’t build a BIG future, if you keep yourself small right now. Nourish yourself with various forms of movement, including yoga, mobility, strength training, animal crawling, dance, and intuitive movement. Explore the balance between your softness and strength, enjoy your nutritious meals with all your senses and take in the views of the valley as you get to breathe a little deeper. You get to be reminded, what you’re truly capable of when you feel well-rested, grounded and clear. This nourishment will sustain and empower you for days, weeks, and beyond.

The Vibe

The Venue

Enjoy nature's rhythm in the middle of a Andalusian Valley. The private villa is only 40 minutes away from Granada. The villa runs solely on renewable energy and is surrounded by olive, almond, pomegranate, lemon, lime and avocado trees. Cocoon in your room after a day of nourishment with movement, connection and new insights, alone or shared with one of your retreat sisters. There is a yoga studio on the grounds where we get to do all our movement sessions and deep integrative work. Wake up with a delicious coffee, matcha or calming herbal tea while gazing into the mediterranean mountain vistas or step into the jacuzzi gazing at the stars during the chillier October evenings.

This is a family villa, not a retreat centre.
You’ll live as sisters in a community with shared bathrooms. But I know how important it is to have “me time” and just be alone and I also have friends who like to share their experiences instead of process alone. So depending on your personal needs, you can choose for a private bedroom or a shared bedroom. This also means that all rooms look slightly different.

 FAQs

  • The villa has 3 twin bed rooms with shared bathroom available which are perfect for sharing with a friend. 

    Everyone who didn't book a private room will share a room with someone else.

    If you and your friend want to be in a room together, just send me an email and I will make sure you can share a room :)

  • From Wednesday 16:00 o'clock in the afternoon you are welcome at the villa to settle in to your room and start meeting your retreat sisters. We will have a welcome diner together at around 19:00 in the evening and then start with our evening welcome session.

    We'll start our mornings with Matcha and meditation, followed by a light breakfast and a spicy movement session. After that we'll have a nourishing lunch. In Spain this will be your biggest meal. During the hottest part of the day you have time for a siesta. Some down time to read, chill at the pool or or take a nap. In the afternoon will have a little snack and another workshop session. 

    Depending on the days and the weather we'll have another movement session or workshop. 

    We'll also have one morning or afternoon where we will go hiking in nature. And we'll have one beach day with a lunch or dinner by the sea. 

    On Sunday evening we'll close off our beautiful retreat with a closing ceremony and diner. On Monday morning everyone has time to pack their bags and we'll have one last breakfast together for the people who don't have to leave early. We have to be out of the villa by 10:00. 

  • You can pay the full amount at once or you can make 4 monthly payments. When booking after the 1st of July you can only pay in 3 instalments and after the 1st of August in 2 instalments. With bookings after the 1st of September, payments are only accepted in full. All payments need to be in before the retreat starts. 


  • We care about honest meals. Ingredients are, where possible, sourced from local farmers.

    Most meals are vegetarian with an occasional option for organic and locally sourced meat/poultry/fish.

    If you eat vegetarian or have any other dietary limitations or allergies, please let us know as soon as possible. 

  • You will be surrounded by nature and unhardened roads, so do not bring your fanciest clothing.

    Dress for movement, hiking, chilling and swimming and bring layers for chilly mornings and evenings. Flipflops, sandals, sneakers/walking shoes and water shoes. 

    Yoga mats are available at the location. If you like your own mat, meditation pillow or blanket, you are free to bring your own.

    Bring a beautiful outfit for our special evening Ceremony (but make sure you can still move in it) and a nice outfit for when we go have lunch/diner on the beach if you like.

    And last but not least, bring all your regular necessities that you would need when you spend a night away from home. 

  • The retreat is organised by me, Selina. I have put my heart and soul into organizing this retreat and without all of your commitment to be there this retreat would not be possible. I and we as a group are counting on your commitment to join. After your booking and (first) payment, your booking is final and non-refundable.

    I understand that sometimes life brings unfortunate surprises and you might not be able to make it. Therefore, if you do not want to risk losing your investment when you're not able to attend, I strongly urge you to take a travel and cancellation insurance if you do not already have one, so you can ask your insurance to cover your cancellation.
